1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dentures.ca website (the "Site"), owned and operated by Smiles & Beyond Denture Clinic LTD ("Smiles & Beyond," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The Dentures.ca website provides information on denture & dental clinics across Canada, allowing users to find relevant information. Valley Line Dentures Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.

a. Clinic Subscriptions: Clinics may subscribe to premium services on Dentures.ca by choosing a paid subscription plan. By subscribing, clinics agree to pay the specified fees associated with the selected plan.

b. Features: Subscribed clinics may access enhanced features and services, as outlined in the subscription plan details.

c. Billing and Payments: Payment for subscription plans is due in advance and is non-refundable. Dentures.ca may change the subscription fees at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the renewal period.

 

4. User Conduct

a. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

 

5. Privacy

Dentures.ca's Privacy Policy, available on the Dentures.ca website, governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
